Frustrated by the bulky, heavy travel cots that are on the market and after experiences of ‘winging it’ with holiday hotel travel cots that were not up to scratch, the LittleLife design team set out to create something sleek, compact and lightweight for a baby to sleep in for weekend breaks and longer holidays.

Weighing just 3kg (lighter than a large milk from your local supermarket) and a handy packed shape that sits inside a large checked-in suitcase the Featherlite lightweight travel cot is simple to put up and robust with its aluminium frame and sturdy feet. It also doubles up as a playpen when you need it.

And there’s no compromise on comfort either: the foam mattress and travel cot sheet (included) are soft and very supportive.
