If you have set a code and have forgotten it, I’m afraid we can’t override it at all. However to reset your code from new, please follow these instructions:

1. Ensure the combination is set to 0-0-0 (on the side facing the logo) then push the lock down to release the gate.
2. Depress the pin located inside the locking system.
3. Whilst the pin is depressed, change the numbers to the desired combination.
4. Release the pin to set the new combination.
