LittleLife Discoverer Recall
We at LittleLife take the quality of our products very seriously. We have to report that during our QA checks, we have found 3 carriers without some of the bolts needed to stand the carrier upright. Although these faulty products were all found before selling to a consumer, we feel it necessary that each carrier should be checked due to the possible safety issue involved.
There should be 4 bolts attaching the kick out stand to the main frame as in picture 2 of this Safety Notice. If these are missing, as in picture 3 of the Safety Notice, please stop using your carrier immediately and contact customer.services@littlelife.co.uk or Rock Gear Distribution toll-free on +001 (877) 922-5462 and we will arrange to replace your product free of charge.
We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope by checking the product, you will continue to enjoy your LittleLife carrier.
